Returns Policy

Dealsncarts have the returns policy for our buyers. Returns policy is facilitated by the respective sellers. Under this policy the choice to return,replace,exchange,refund is given to you by the seller. We have various categories of products,all the products listed on the different categories do not have the same returns policy. For all products policy given on the product page will prevail refer to particular products policy page for any exception for the following details.

Lifestyle: Clothing, footwear, watches, sunglasses, fashion accessories.

5 days Refund, replacement or exchange policy.

Lifestyle:Sports and fitness equipment,jewellery,baby care,footwear accessories,travel accessories

Home: Home décor, home essentials,home furnishing,pet supplies.

School and office supplies: office supply,school supply and toys.

Automotive: Automotive spare parts and accessories.

3 Days returns and replacement.

Electronics and Furniture: All electronic products and large appliances.

3 days replacement. In order to solve the query we may try to troubleshoot your problem either through online tools,on thephone or through in person technical visit.

If the defect is detected within returns policy replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is detected within returning period you will be directed to brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issue. In any case only one replacement will be done.

Electronics items: Smart watches, Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops.

3 Days replacement only for any functionality related issue contact brand service centers.

No return categories: some products mentioned above is not returnable due to its nature.

Returning products pickup and the conditions for their pickup.

In any case if the returning product pickup address is different from delivery address,returning pick up will be done only it is available at the new address.

Conditions under which returning products will be accepted:

Correct product:

IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/barcode/article number should be match.MRP tag should be undetached,undamaged and clearly visible.

Complete product:

All the products and its categories should completely available as handed over to you. All products and its accessories like startup kit,remote,battery,headphones,charges,user manual etc. freebies and combos if any should be present.

Unused product:

All the products to be returned should be unused, un-tempered,unsoiled,unwashed and should be non-tempered and warranty seal/check seals. All mobiles,laptops,tablets, iPad or any electronic device should be formatted before returning. All the locks (screen locks, pinlocks, fingerprint locks or passwords) should be disenabled.

Undamaged products:

All the products and its accessories (headphones, charging ports,sim tray,body panel etc.)should be undamaged/untarnished.it must not be dented, teared,scratched,tempered,holes or stains.

Undamaged packaging:

Product original packaging(packing box or bag) should be undamaged and same as delivered to you.

Our Pick up/field executive will not accept the product if the above conditions are not full filled.

For any product for which return/refund is under consideration,refund will done only when product has been received by its respective seller.

General rules for returns policy:

IF for any reason seller is not able to process its return or replacement,refund will be provided accordingly.

For open box delivery,if the products delivered is damaged or different,refund will be made on the spot. Once you have accepted open box delivery no return will be accepted except manufacturing defect.Under this condition general return policy will be applicable.

For any products installation,Dealsncarts installation service provider will assist you.do not open the packaging by yourself or try to install.

For any furniture products related issue will be checked by authorized by service providers. Attempt will be made to resolve the defect by replacing the defective part. Full replacement will be done only when authorized service provider is satisfied that faulty replacement will not settle the issue.
